About the event
We will begin the session by setting an intention for ourselves for the upcoming cycle, followed by some gentle guided breathwork and a grounding healing meditation, where we will call in the energy of Reiki & Sekhem to support us.
Bella will then guide you into a heart opening cacao ceremony, followed by some nourishing embodied movement, supported by reiki & sekhem healing energy to release and call in anything your heart is calling for.
We will then be sealing in all of this goodness with a beautiful sacred sound & reiki healing journey.
