Natalie uses a range of specifically tuned instruments including crystal bowls, gongs, tibetan bowls + chimes (to name a few) to create frequencies which slow down the brain waves to a deeply restorative state. Natalie is a sound healing therapist + breathwork facilitator. She also works with crystals, Reike, cold water therapy + plant medicine, including cacao.
