Healing your wounded inner child is one of the most important steps you can take on your path to transforming your life. We all have an inner child that lives within us longing to be acknowledged, heard, and integrated.

It is your wounded inner child that will choose behaviours, choices, and thoughts based on unconscious beliefs or memories from the past which prevents you from fully living up to your potential in the present and moving forward into your future.

When we begin inner child healing work, we tap into a part of ourselves that is vulnerable and impressionable. We get to be that adult in the present day that our inner child longed for when their emotional needs were not met as an actual child in providing inner safety, self-love, self-compassion, and support.

Through direct intention and guided shamanic drumming, we reach altered states of consciousness to move through the timelines to meet with our inner child to receive insight and offer healing for our own integration and acceptance of self.
