The womb is an eternal spring, a watery portal to the divine and of the divine. The 15th August is the day of 8 Tz’ikin in the Mayan calendar. The number 8 is embedded in the womb, it is symbolic of a ladder or the Shinto gate which leads to the sacred. It embodies the weaving of life, the thread or cord of time and the sacred energy of birth. The umbilical cord is supposedly composed of 8 threads. 1 symbolises the beginning, 7 the end and 8 is infinity. The womb has no beginning and no end. Representing completion and wholeness, 8 Tz’ikin, symbolic of the womb, is the intermediary between heaven and earth. 

Thus, it is a beautiful day for a ritual dedicated to the womb. As we seek to harmonise our internal world, we are contributing to the harmonisation of the external world. My intention for this ceremony, is that you feel even more connected with the temple of your body, rooted and grounded in its essence, empowered, nourished and nurtured.

We will close with a sonic opalescent rainbow bath which encourages the healing and restructuring of the body at a cellular level. Sound is a significant element in communion with the divine and for change to take place within the body. The bowls create a specific harmonic resonance pertaining to the divine feminine, ancestral wisdom, sacred union and high frequency love alchemy.
