Beltane (sometimes known as May Day) is the third fire festival of Spring on the Pagan Wheel of the Year calendar which marks the peak of fertile abundance in the land and in our hearts. 

There is the sexual energy of creation flowing through the wild hum of Nature. Being a ‘bright fire’ festival we are burning away what is not needed and burning into our hearts desires. 

This is the perfect time to bring ideas, hopes and dreams into action and let go of anything that does not serve our highest expansion. 

Join Kate Fleur Young for a Ceremony of Ritual, introspection, sacred sound, and the magical herb Mugwort. This beautiful and grounding circle is an opportunity to move into this next cycle feeling aligned and connected to source. 

Life is bursting from every corner and we can harness this and create ritual around it. Allowing ourselves to breathe into our hopes and dreams and watch the seeds grow.

About Kate:

Kate Fleur Young is a musician, Sound Artist and Yoga Teacher and works everyday using Sound as a healing tool to alter states of consciousness and create transformative experiences through frequency.   

She discovered crystal bowls and progressed to train in Sonic Medicine which expanded the magic of sound into every part of her life and work where is has become an integral part of her understanding of healing and expansion, not only for herself but for others.   

Kate creates raw and organic immersions and journeys through the alchemy of the bowls and her voice and electronics. Kate also uses Ritual and Ceremony in her work, guiding us back to a deeper understanding of ourselves, our human experience, our connection to Nature and its cycles, and making the every day sacred. - Please note that our classes take place in our Alchemy studio downstairs. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer wheelchair access at this time.

- Not recommended for those in the first or third trimester of pregnancy. 

- Please alert Fire + Alchemy if you are pregnant so Kate can prepare you another drink other than Mugwort. 

- Likewise, if you have had a medical diagnosis of bipolar, psychosis, or schizophrenia, please do not ingest. The safety and comfort of our guests is our top priority and we can always provide an alternative option to Mugwort at the ceremony. If you have any questions at all, please contact the event facilitator or Fire + Alchemy.

- Please kindly arrive 10 minutes before the appointed start time.  Unfortunately, we are unable to admit late attendees.

- Please purchase mindfully as we do not offer refunds or class credits.  However, if you can no longer attend and wish to gift your ticket to a loved one, we honour name changes on tickets - please just email us with the name of the new attendee in advance of the event.
