The witch wound is an individual and collective pain stemming from historical persecution and suppression of feminine power and wisdom, affecting self-expression, trust, and empowerment in modern life. Healing it restores our personal sovereignty and guides us into deeper connection with our inner magick and intuitive wisdom.

This circle guides you through practices to honour your personal power by developing a deeper awareness and understanding of your "yes" and your "no" and how that manifests in your body, voice and emotions.  Release and alchemize emotions that have been suppressed or shamed and awaken the witch within who is ready to reconnect you with your truth. Sacred boundaries are essential for protecting our energy and integrity, empowering us to live authentically, as well as communicate our needs and desires truthfully. Give your body permission to feel, to express and to heal, knowing that every part of you is worthy, whole, and powerful.

• Movement and vocalization rituals, amplified with Reiki, to honour sacred boundaries 
• Integration and closing circle

People from all walks of life, beliefs and backgrounds are welcome to unite in this space to share and learn together. This is a gathering that connects to the Witches Learning Circle series at Fire and Alchemy, but it is not necessary to have attended any of the previous circles in order to attend this one.

• Wear comfortable clothing that enables you to move freely
• Bring a journal and pen
• Bring a personal item/object you would like to place in the altar (which will be returned to you at the end)

Helina is an eclectic witch, the founder of Sacred Soul Magick, and ecopoet who walks the mystical path of energy-work, witchcraft and alchemy. She is a certified Pranic Healer and Reiki Master in two lineages - Usui and Usui/Holy Fire, as well as a sacred dance and sensual embodiment facilitator.
