Emma Howarth is a mystic on a mission to make life in the real world more magical – no perfect yoga poses or fancy retreats required.
Emma's first book, A Year of Mystical Thinking, is a memoir about the year she tried all sorts of spiritual practices in a bid to make life better. Her second book, The Astrology Almanac 2024, an annual guide to living your cosmic best life, is being released in late 2023.
A big believer in the power of small steps in the right direction, Emma seeks magic in the mundane everyday.
