Efe is a Master Award winning Youth Mentor, Life Coach + Inspirational Speaker.  Efe has been a youth mentor and life coach for over 10 years and will dedicate the rest of her life to inspiring and mentoring young people and adults all over the world. 

 

Her mentoring and coaching is based on honesty, compassion, love and lots of fun. She uses amazing tools, stories and life skills to help individuals to express their talents and step into their own personal power so that they live a fulfilling, abundant and happy life. 

 

As a youth mentor and coach, she has worked with a diverse range of people from the ages of 3-year olds upwards in schools, colleges, universities to youth clubs, prisons and some of the most powerful corporate companies in the world. The most recent companies include Google, YouTube, Pret a Manger, Barclays, Sky and Prudential.

Efe delivers sessions on a wide range of topics through her mentoring company 'Ushine Ishine'. The topics range from technology, personal development, confidence, careers, public speaking, creativity, corporate culture and the media. Efe empowers people to create positive change in their lives and organisations. She has made appearances on Sky News, BBC Radio 4 and Yahoo News about her transformative work in mentoring and coaching.

Efe has a growing number of accolades; from being awarded a British Empire Medal on the Queen's New Years Honours list 2018. She has had national press for her work as a youth mentor and recently been featured in The Financial Times for her work with young male students and raising their aspirations. Her work has been celebrated on The Independent on Sunday's 'Happy List' and The Sunday Times Maserati 100 list for supporting young entrepreneurs.
