The chakras are thought to regulate the flow of energy (often referred to as "prana" or "chi") throughout the body, influencing various aspects of our well-being. ***What are the key chakras we're working with in this series?*** - Root Chakra (Muladhara) - Sacral Chakra (Swadhisthana) - Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) - Heart Chakra (Anahata) - Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) - Third Eye Chakra (Ajna) - Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) ***What are the benefits of meditation?*** - More clarity - Improved focus - Increased self-awareness - Improved patience - Increased ability to be present - even when not practicing ***About our Meditation Facilitator, Lydia Martin*** Lydia is a yoga, breath and meditation teacher, combining movement and breath.
