You will find 8 short videos; an introductory video on how to use this series and then 7 giving you a guided journey through each chakra, the main centres of spiritual energy. Join us for this 7-part meditation series, exploring the major chakra systems. Quieten the mind + realign your major energy points (chakras). Complete the entire programme in one sitting, or embark on each meditation, day by day or at your leisure. We suggest you start from the 1st Chakra, the Root Chakra, and work your way up to the 7th Chakra, the Crown Chakra. ***What is a chakra?*** - Chakras are energy centres within the body, according to various spiritual traditions, particularly those of Hinduism and Buddhism. - These centres are believed to be located along the spine, from the base to the crown of the head, and each chakra is associated with specific physical, emotional, and spiritual functions. - The word "chakra" originates from Sanskrit, meaning "wheel" or "disk," implying their dynamic and spinning nature.
