Amanda is a Self-Expression Coach, Breathwork Facilitator, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Practitioner, Podcast Host, and Reiki Practitioner. She is on a mission to guide women back into the wisdom of their hearts so that they feel safe expressing all that they're here to be, unapologetically.
Amanda is a Canadian living in London and she discovered her calling to become a healer when she hit her rock bottom during lockdown in 2020. She will often say that holistic healing methods and somatic practices saved her life.
This led Amanda down the path to becoming a Reiki practitioner, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Practitioner, self-expression coach, and RESET™ Breathwork Facilitator.
She’s on a mission to guide people back into their bodies after years of avoiding their emotions, numbing out, and self-protecting because she believes that every single person on this planet is here with a unique purpose and everyone deserves to experience the highest possible outcomes for their life.
When you can regulate your nervous system and reprogram your survival instincts, you’ll be able to clearly hear and trust the divine whispers guiding you to where you’re meant to go.
